At Amplified Currency Investments we stand behind the quality & condition of our banknotes and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@amplifiedcurrencyinvestments.com as soon as possible. If we have not already shipped your package, you may cancel with no charge. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. If this is the case, please refer to our returns policy for information on returning items you have ordered.

Please note:  If you cancel an order that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Return Policy Overview

For customers within the United States, we will accept returns of items in the identical condition described, at our sole discretion within 30 days of receipt after receiving your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a return is accepted, the cost of the returned items and original shipping cost will be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by us in the same condition that you received it.

For customers outside the United States, returns are not accepted. If you do have an issue with the condition of the banknotes received, received the wrong banknotes or are missing one, please contact us and we will work to resolve this to your satisfaction.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@amplifiedcurrencyinvestments.com. Before contacting us, please have your order number ready. When sending us an email, please include your order number, name and contact details. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
