Free Shipping Terms
Receive free standard shipping within the United States when you order US$500 or more.
On international orders receive free standard shipping when you order US$1600 or more.
Free shipping includes sale items as long as the discounted subtotal exceeds the free shipping threshold (excluding sales tax). So to receive free shipping on sale items, your total order after receiving the sale discounts must exceed $50 for US and $160 for international orders for free shipping to apply.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time they are placed. All orders ship from our worldwide distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.
All delivery dates are estimates and actual delivery times may vary or be subject to change. Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons. As a (very) small business, shipping may be delayed when our shipping department (me) goes on vacation.
Packaging
Nothing makes me more sad than a beautiful note damaged in shipment. We do everything we can to prevent that, and pride ourselves on ensuring your banknotes are very well protected. In fact, between the cost of my packaging and postage, I lose money on shipping costs. But it’s worth it.
Tracking
Once the label for your order is created, your tracking number will be sent automatically to the e-mail associated with your order. Please note your tracking details may take up to 24 hours to show in transit.
Shipping within the United States
Delivery charges exclude any local taxes or customs to be paid, these charges are to be paid according to actuals to local authorities by the customer. Robert’s World Money is not responsible for customs charges or disposal/ displacement of orders due to local customs. In case of disposals or returns due to customs, customer won’t be eligible for a refund/ replacement.
International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via GlobalPost, which allows for door-to-door tracking.
Total shipping times from my door to yours varies widely due to many factors, including time getting through customs. Please be patient. If you suspect a shipment may be lost, please email me and I will do what I can to track it down.
